Who Should Take an Online Cultural Competency Course?

Approved in 2021 ( AB327 ) The “Licensee Requirement” the following provider types are required to take this 2 hour course and attest to the nursing board before renewing your license. Nurse, Social Workers, Psychiatrists, PA under Psych, MFT, CPC, Alcohol and Drug, etc

Also approved in 2019 (SB364 ) The “Facility Requirement” … any employee who provides care to a patient or resident must take an approved 2 hour course annually
